It is advisable to wear a comfortable track pant and a t-shirt. Comfortable stretchable materials work well. Shoes are strictly prohibited once you enter Yoga Hut.
Yoga mat for practice, water bottle for hydration and towel or napkin for sweat.
Weight loss or gain are the byproduct of the correct yoga practices. With correct yoga sadhna which involves Asana, Pranayama and Dhyana along with adequate rest and appropriate food intake, one is able to achieve his or her desired goal. Having said this, we at Yoga Hut do not take responsibility of one’s weight gain or weight loss.
Yoga is more of a preventive rather than curative tool. Yoga cures too, subject to many other factors. Please take approval from your Doctor in case of any medical condition and inform the same to your teacher in the class.
In case of a heavy meal - practice after 2.5 - 3 hours. In case of a light breakfast, wait for a period of 45 minutes. You can eat after the class. Avoid drinking water in between your practice. If you are too thirsty - take a sip of water.
All the classes are beginner friendly. Advance practices are modified to make it beginner friendly.
Yes, a pregnant woman can do Yoga under the guidance of a teacher.
It is around 1 hour of practice concluded with few minutes of deep relaxation.
Yoga can be practiced anytime just prefer not to eat before practice or 1 hour gap before practice.
It is good to practice Yoga regularly once a day, even if it is for a short duration.
One do not have to be flexible to practice Yoga - consistent practice will help make your body more flexible.
Yes, you may. However, for better results, it is advisable to practice with one teacher in long run.
Yes. The timings are flexible. One can change as per their convenience (depending upon availability).
