Yoga Shala Schedule

Yoga Hut caters to different styles of Yoga namely - Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Vinyasa flow all under the umbrella of Hatha Yoga.

The duration of our sessions is one hour for five days a week starting from Monday till Friday. The flow of the session includes a warm-up, the practice of asanas followed by Yog Nidra and Pranayama. Our Yoga Classes are suited to people of all age groups with all levels of fitness. New students are properly guided into the session by our qualified and experienced teachers.

Following is the schedule of the group sessions. One can pick up the time as per the convenience. Yoga Hut Members can also enjoy the flexibility of switching between the classes of the same teacher.

Yoga Hut also offers customized training sessions either at home or studio as per the convenience of the student. Personal training sessions are one on one sessions held between our teacher and member. The duration of the session can range from 60 minutes to 90 minutes depending upon the requirement of the student.

Our one-on-one sessions are designed around your schedule and your goals helping you to stay on track. Be it a therapeutic issue or a desire to lose or gain weight our experienced teachers will help you stay focused to reach your goal.
